What is a good daily workout routine for someone looking to get in shape for boxing and also lose weight?

I’m looking to start taking boxing classes and possibly compete once I’ve gotten accustomed to the sport. The thing is, I’m really out of shape and also overweight. I need a good workout routine that I can do from home (no gym required, though I do have weightlifting equipment). Looking for something to build strength, stamina, endurance and whatnot and also just lose weight.

I have been inactive for quite some time now so it can’t be anything too advanced. Looking for the routine to last about 45-60 minutes daily!

Running,skipping Gym and eat protein foods…
