I’m looking to start taking boxing classes and possibly compete once I’ve gotten accustomed to the sport. The thing is, I’m really out of shape and also overweight. I need a good workout routine that I can do from home (no gym required, though I do have weightlifting equipment). Looking for something to build strength, stamina, endurance and whatnot and also just lose weight.
I have been inactive for quite some time now so it can’t be anything too advanced. Looking for the routine to last about 45-60 minutes daily!
