swimming its easy on the joint,its fun,it works out ur shoulders legs abs everything!! who doesnt want a swimmer body :)

Hmmm…Maybe you could try Yoga. It does help in losing weight and at the same time it tones your body. It’s also increases the flexibility and the strength of the body. I lost weight doing Yoga and constant practice has helped me keep it off too. There are many websites online that do help you, I tried Franz Andrini’s course as it specifically helps in losing weight. You can find it at http://www.zendle.com
