What is a good workout routine and eating plan for a 14 year old boy?

Okay im 14 and weigh around 116 -120
I was looking into p90x but found that too expensive…
I have not been working out at all for the past year and have been eating poorly so I ask anyone do you know any good workout routines?

my man, you are 14..dont get into the supplements yet, if anything just a simple whey protein should be fine (may I suggest Myofusion by Gaspari Nutrition..delicious, and reasonably priced)
At your age when your body is still growing, you dont want to overload your skeletal structure with too much muscle, it might hinder your growth and leave you susceptible to bone disease (ie osteoperosis) later in life
You should work on bodyweight exercises (pushups, situps, crunches, prisoner squats, etc.), “body-bands” are good as well for flexibility and muscular endurance.
When you get around 16 is when you should get into the weights (curls for the girls, am i right? lol) But seriously, if you want a good workout program, or nutrition advice..drop me an e-mail nades05@hotmail.com, no joke..I’ll hook you up
