What is a good workout routine for a 14 year old guy to lose weight?

I’m 14 and I need to lose weight. I don’t really need it done immediately, but I want to lose some steadily over a year or so. I have “man boobs” that I need to lose and I’ve done research on how to lose them and it says if you are in puberty then you don’t need to worry because it might go away. First of all is this true? And to my original question, I am going to a gym that has almost everything I need to exercise but what is a good routine for me? I weigh a lot and I don’t want to tell everyone how much.

PS. One thing that is motivating me to lose weight is that my dad is going to pay me 10$ for every pound i lose by April 15,2010.

Thanks in advanced.
Do you think if I don’t eat breakfast and only a little lunch and a decent dinner that will be good? PLus working out of course.

During school i wake up too late for breakfast

wow you could make like a thousand… wowsers… routines are bad because they limit you… they’re more a 50’s thing like bmi and those vibrating belts… the other guy has it covered well…

DO NOT BECOME A VEGETARIAN… you wont be getting enough protein and will hurt yourself training

just go to your gym, they have trainers for teens to help them gain muscle and stay in shape. if your parent has a membership thetrainers should help for free and hel get you set up on the machines. hope i helped XD
