Is their any helpful pectoral workout routine I could do every other day in the gym? Thank You =D
What is a great workout routine to work out the pectoral area (Upper, Middle, and Lower)?

when you workout your tearing muscle tissue and that tissue needs time to repair so if your working out your pecs every other day its sounds like you need to give them more rest.. doing my chest once a week is fine… bench press is one of best to build up the pecs and you can perform the bench press flat inclined, or declined to hit more of the pectoralis minor, major and some subclavius as well.. press and flys are 2 good ways to go and you can do them on machines or with free wights and even cables have fun..
