What is good real workout routine to tone abs and thighs?

ok well i’m not a very big person, i’m not fat, just unfit. I’m small and petite but i’ve been gaining some unsightly weight on my stomach and thighs [freshman 15 haha] and I was hoping to find some real workout routines that I can start on from experienced people. I dont want to get buff, just toned.

Start walking for 30 minutes every day!

As for toning, sparkpeople.com has a great video series. There is the swimsuit bootcamp and the New you bootcamp. They are both a series of 7 videos that are about 10 minutes long. Do one every day and you’ve got it!

Here doll, the link is to a super toning training routine designed specifically for women. It goes over every degree of your workout, from the weights to the cardio. You won’t be a buff girl; but rather a hot one. (with a decent diet!! Salads/fruits/water/health stuff) You’ll need to have an “in-it-to-win-it” attitude.

Instead of an infinite number of beer pong games during the week, I would tone it down to just two a week. That’ll help you cut some empty calories.

The other ladies on the forums who’ve done this routine have had great results.
