What is the best 5 minute workout routine to loose belly fat?

Treadmill on a fast walk setting.

Or if you have a footstool, do stair steps.

You will be amazed at how quickly you can slim down.

Um I think you’d have to devote more time to exercising than just 5 minutes. I think the best thing is to increase your muscle mass, because more calories are needed to maintain muscle than fat.
