What is the best all over workout routine for a 14 year old to do going into freshman football?

I am 5′ 8″ and I weigh 140 pounds i am going to be a freshman this year,
I’m going to play football and i plan on playing half back
and i need a workout that will Work my core muscles, abs,
triceps, Biceps, deltoids, Thighs, Hamstring. Just pretty much everything.
I don’t have much body fat but i want a exercise like jump rope, trampoline,
Or whatever…. to keep it that way…

Since you’re in football, you don’t really need to worry about your weight. Since you kind of want more weight but not too fat at the same time.

Your best bet is to do powerlifting. Which is basically Squats, Bench Press, Clean ‘n Jerk, Deadlifts, Power Clean, Military Press, and Snatches.. those should be the bane of your exercises.

If you focus more on bodybuilding, and working the minor muscle groups, you won’t gain weight as quickly.

eat more protein… shoot for 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

at 14 start with the simple stuff… pushups, pull ups/chin ups, leg lifts (better for the back than situps), walking/running (find a cushioned track or run on the grass).
