im trying to lose as much weight as i can before june 1st. my goal is 30lbs and i think i can do it. so far ive cut out all drinks, alcohol and non, and only drink water. except milk that’s in my cereal and its skim, i eat Fiber One with nut clusters, and it tastes to good to be healthy!. i only eat 1 serving size, i weigh it on a scale, or measure accordingly. i cut out cheese. i will only eat one serving of wheat bread per day with turkey and mustard. dinner will be a grilled chicken breast and veggies, with proper portion sizes. i eat one Multi vitamin a day after bfast and work out doing push ups and stomach exercises every Morning and night (its like a 10 minute routine). regular routine workouts at the gym 3 days a week and i started cycling and will do my best to get as far as i can, its tuff!! im gonna try and cycle 3 times a week as well! Is this a good plan to fallow? any info appreciated! thanks…

Hi Ryan, not sure what Fiber One is but the best thing to have in the morning is oats with soya milk and a little honey with a cup of Green Tea. The oats are a slow burning carb so you won’t get hungry so quickly and the Green Tea helps speed your metabolism. Have 3 cups a day.
No, Ryan you are not eating enough for the workout you are doing and close to 10 pounds a week is not healthy, buddy. You need more calories to do absolutely nothing than you are eating in one day. Not good. Bring your daily caloric intake up to at least 1500 calories.
Fiber One is okay, but also check out cereals made by Kaski and Cascadia Farms. All whole grains. That’s what you want in your diet. That’s what you need, whole grain carbs for fuel. You also need lean, healthy protein to build muscle and sustain healthy muscle. Your working out, your raising your heart rate, your heart is a muscle, do not deprive it of fuel, it will get pissed. Add a piece or two of fruit to that breakfast. I totally agree with the other answerer, Green Tea is super. Don’t go getting crazy and buying pills with Green Tea extract, not the same thing. Get a good Green Tea, in leaves or bags and brew it.
You need more skim milk. Have low fat yogurt & fruit smoothies. Good source of protein. Don’t starve yourself, it will damage your health and backfire on you. A healthy rate of weight loss is up to 2 pounds a week, max. Sure the occasional 3 pounds may sneak in there. Anything other than that will be lost fluids and as soon as you start to live a normal life, it’s going to fly back on. Yo-yo dieting is not healthy either.
Do it right the right this time, you won’t have to do it over and over. When you get to your goal weight don’t go back to your old bad habits that put on the extra weight in the first place, but do keep your good ones, just modify them to maintain your weight.
