Don’t exercise everyday, 3 times Abs workout is good per week. I do it twice weekly though. Basic chrunches are still the best, start with a good 10 minutes of cardio exercises then do 2 sets of Basic chrunches to failure. 2 more sets of side chrunches come next and finally do one or 2 sets for lower Abs, I think it’s the leg raises while your knees are bent.

Well warm up by doing 50 crunches and a one mile run. Then do incline crunches with wieghts. Then do bycicles. After that run sprint with extra wieght(ankle wieghts) up hill if you can. Do this twice a day with a good diet, swim laps if you can run alot and make sure you use wieghts when doing anyform of crunch and do high repititions 50-100. YOU MUSY STICK TO IT and relize that junk food is an enemy, u will be alot better off to just kick the habbit of junk food(its not as hard as people think it is).
It doesn’t matter how many crunches or sit-ups you do if you have a lot of fat. To see abs you need to have low body fat.
Don’t eat a lot of fat, lower carb intake and up your cardio.
