Hi im trying to get my body together for the summer ! I weigh 98-100 pounds and im 5’5. Im also trying to gain weight. What is the best workout routine for skinny girls ? i need to know everything step by step. Also can we still do cardio without losing the weight ? thanks

Yes cardio keeps your heart healthy and as long as you eat well (three meals a day) you will not lose weight you will just stay in shape. Also, you should build some muscle so that you do not get cellulite. cellulite is a sign of lacking muscle.
Do some muscle workouts to get you to look more curvy. Muscle is always better than skinny.
