What is the best workout routine for a 16 year old football player?

i would like get stronger faster and more powerful for football.

pull up bar really helps and if you put blocks on the front of ur shoes and your heel is still touching the ground it streches ur calf muscle and will make you a whole lot faster maybe .25 seconds off ur 40

I’m 16
repeat this, do arms one day then legs the next. make sure you stretch before attempting. run everyday, you will get faster and conditioned

3 mile run/jog

squat 10 8 6
hang clean 10 10 10
calve raises(hold weight) 50 50 50
3 mile run/jog
