I would like to start working out but I do not know what to do in a gym. Does anyone have a routine that works for them? Are there any good sources that someone found online? I will try anything!

Cardio
The safest and most effective is a personal trainer
They are pricey however you don’t need them forever
They can teach you the machines and great exercises for you
If that is not an option most gyms have introductory classes to show you how to use the equiptment and stretch
Everyone has a different approach but just make sure you like what you are doing
-Do 15- 30 min of jogging on a treadmill on an incline.
-Work arms with 2lb free weights doing high reps.
do 2 sets of 20 reps of four arm techniques
-Work abs with desired equipment and or techniques
Honestly, Carmen Electra Striptease DVD 1. I did that routine for about a month and dropped 4 pants sizes. You can pick up the dvd on ebay for only about 5 bucks now. I say it’s worth a shot, it worked for me!
I don’t have any time to go to a gym- not to mention they are SO expensive!
I started my working out in January. I bought two 5 pound hand weights and the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD. It’s a tough work out but geared for those who are just beginning. To mix it up I also have Biggest Loser Yoga. I’ve lost about 8 pounds so far.
