What is the best workout routine for teenagers??

I don’t know. A lot people have there own thing. Like sports. I would have say walking. You can walk with your friends. Try to get least 10,000 steps per day if your not going to exercise. Also stretch your body everyday.

Really, it depends on your body type and which area the fat seems to go to….Look up exercises that target the areas you want to work on.
