I am 14 years old and planning to be in basketball and baseball. What workout routine would you recommend. I am quite small only 110 lbs and 5’5″. I also need weight tips to gain weight.

Use free weights. You can start light and work up to the heavy weights.
If you want to gain weight, eat a lot. A few big meals a day. Pasta and beans have a lot of proteins. To build musscle, you may want to lift weights instead of run.
