What would be a good workout routine for a lacrosse player?

Lacrosse involves tons of running, upper body, and endurance

If anyone could give me a really good workout to do at the gym i would love this

preferably with about 30 minutes of cardio!
I am 16 almost 17 years old

run with weights in ur hands and ankleweights
