Whats a good sports workout routine for basketball?

Im pretty skinny and i would like to add some mass and increase my explosive power and strength. Im not trying to be a bodybuilder so i dont think i should be doing split routines? Can somebody give me some advice and possibly a sample workout routine?

lift weights everyday, take a protein supplement everyday, steroids if you really need to.
