whats a good workout routine for a female wanting to lose weight QUICKLY ?

How much cardio must I do? they say weightlifting burns twice as much calories as cardio????

just keep running up to 10 minutes

Weightlifting itself does not burn more calories necessarily, but building muscle will help you burn up to three times more calories a day.

Just get your heart rate up and keep it up for as long as you can; this’ll help you lose weight in NO TIME.

lift weighting burn less calories than cardio, so cardio, aerobic are very good exercise to lose your weight. don’t force your body too much on workout, but you can rise the time or the level everytime you do workout. good luck
