		<description>I invested in some minor gym equipment, a jump-rope, pull-up bar, some dumb-bells of various weights, plus a training mat and a bozu.  I like to mix it up between cardio work and strength training.  My apartment has steps so I like to do leg work using them.  

It&#039;s very important to have a moderate diet if you want to lose weight.  I like to make green juices for the morning and lunch and then eat a normal healthy dinner.  If you can manage to do some meditation that can add to your well-being immeasurably.</description>
