I already eat healthy and have a good workout routine but none of the exercises I do target my inner thighs. Does anyone know any workouts I can do to help tone my inner thighs?

tricep dips i think that they are very good
Do squats with feet facing outward.
most gyms have a machine that you can press together your legs while sitting down and lift up weights. That is the best exercise for your inner thighs. You can buy a spring-loaded device for cheap online that will give you resistance for the same motion, but it is better to have adjustable weights obviously. I’m not sure what you can do without specialized equipment
Yes. Get a childs ball at your local walmart or any store. A softer one. Lay on your back and put the ball in between your legs up by your knees with your knees bent and feet flat. Simply squeeze the ball, hold it for 5 to 10 seconds, whichever is a good starting place for you. Do as many repetitions as you possibly can. Seems easy, but believe me you will feel it. If you want to work your abs at the same time , just tighten you abs before you begin squeezing the ball and keep them tight the entire time you are squeezing.
