Basically, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is where you sprint for a bit then rest for a bit - on any machine and for whatever time scheme you want. Usually it&#039;s only done for about 15-20 mins bc it is so tiring. But, this type of cardio keeps your metabolism up for the rest of the day.

Also, weight training is good. The more muscle mass you have the higher metabolism you have. Muscles gobble up calories constantly like no diet pill or cardio ever could.
