i workout 4 to 5 times a week but am always in a dilemma as what to eat after. i dont want to put on weight so its got to be something nutritional and balanced. i try not to eat carbs at nite which is difficult as i am really hungry after doing my weights and cardio routine

a protein smoothie within a half hour of working out to replenish your muscles
I always eat a Special K bar after working out – only 90 calories and it will keep your blood sugar from plumetting after a hard workout. It also has vitamins and minerals and other lovely things.
