Since prisoners do not take supplements, eat healthy, and at times do not have access to weights, what are some sites or articles posted about routines they perform in order to gain muscle. I’m open to suggestions as to some, but would like a detail of what can be done to achieve weight gain.

prisoners get fed 3 good square meals per day, and have nothing else to do all day long, so they weight train every day.. it is a forced commitment to training and diet so to speak.. there is no majic routine or secrets.. eat well, train regularly, and you will make progress. perform your basic compound lifts such as bench press, military press, squats, etc, do 6-10 rep sets, stop looking for majic solutions and put your time in the gym
