I go to the gym every other day to work out..
but I feel like I’m seeing no results..
although, when I suck in somehow I have a 2 pack lol
I want to lose fat though, not bulk up..

The gym.
Specifically, Diet + Cardio + Lifting weights
lifting weights while dieting will help ensure what you lose is FAT only, not muscle and fat. That’s a good thing. Girls can’t really “bulk up” that easy since you lack the amount of testosterone to do so.
Cardio with weights. Ankle weights are great because you can wear them even while not working out and burn more calories. Doing cardio with weight increases your fat burn without bulking up, (using light weights of course 2-5lbs) Also adding intervals to your workout (working at your maximum for 1-2 minutes) burns more calories and keeps your metabolism revved for hours after your workout. I seemed to hit this plateau as well and this really accelerated the toned lean look Im working for.
