Women with PCOS?

The doctors have already told me that i am going to have problems loosing weight and if i wanted to loose weight that i am going to have to diet and work out twice as hard as the average person. is there anyone out there that knows the best routine for me to loose at least 50 pounds. i would like to know a good diet and workout.

Your best bet is going to be a low carb/ low glycemic diet.
Are you on birth control pills? If so, try Yasmin. That will help in losing weight instead of gaining.
As far as working out, just do what you enjoy, and can stick with!
