Workout Question…Need Advice….Where Can i Find a Daily Exercise Routine To Lose Weight But Also Gain?

Muscle….I dont believe its impossible….Im 5’8 and weight 183…Also as far as eating….?? Any sites you recommend or any advice and/or tips????

it depend on how much excess fat you have. if you have a lot of excess fat it is possible to build muscle on a calorie deficit but if your bodyfat levels are around normal you cant do both. you need extra calories to build muscle and you need a calorie deficit to loose fat.

your bodyweight alone gives no indication of your bodyfat levels.

you should be doing cardio to help generate a calorie deficit to loose fat and weight bearing exercise to gain muscle or to retain existing muscle during calorie deficit.
