ok i just joined a gym like 2 weeks ago and i want to know what kind of workout routine i should have. 1-2 hours please no more no less because i dont want to overdo it or underdo it. they have all the machines but i dont want anything that’ll stunt my growth. like a workout routine that can help me burn the fat and lose calories.
i’m not fat or anything i’m 5 foot 1 and 95 pounds but like i want to maintain that weight or lose maybe a couple more pounds b/c i have a little stomach fat…so please something to help me with my upper thighs and stomach too? dont overdo it i dont want to come home feeling so sore i wouldnt be able to walk.

im 5’1″ and weight 95 pounds too…there for you don’t need to workout if you can keep you figure.
run/jog/walk mix ont he treadmill for 20-30 minutes.
or elliptical for the same amount of time.
you could also split them up
run for 20 minutes but every while go at a higher speed it will help you lose fat alot and eat more fruits and vegetables. also whole grains=] and you should do weights they do not stunt your growth at all you just have to start out small then gradually go higher if you are comfortable with it if not stay at that low weight on the machines and youll have a nice toned figure. also try to eat cereals with whole grains having 0 grams of fat. like fruit harvest found at wal mart and tastes good=] i was fat when i was 12 did all this and im 14 now and im still 15 pounds less than when i was 12.
