workout routine for a 14 year old?

I would like to tone my body up with some good workout routine without any machines of any sort. Also I was wondering if lifting 5KG dumbbells on my arms would stunt my growth?

My height is 164cm and weigh 56-58KGS

I think at your age, you shouldn’t do the weightlifting, as you said it could stunt your growth from all the weight. At your age, I would only exercise in your PE class, you shouldn’t really be doing much else, unless you’re overweight (i’m not sure of what kg’s are in lb’s) (:
