Ok, so i take ballet classes tuesdays and thursdays, and its hard work! but i want to go to the gym mondays and wednesdays and fridays to work on machines…
do u think its pushing me body to a limit?
cuz many ppl seem to think that!
and they told me that if i made me body work so much i am gonna have a backfire effect and my muscles are going to become very soft because they were forced to to much workout..
what do u think?
my gym routine is 15 minutes in the bycicle, and then machines (legs) and then abs!

Maybe a little much but it sounds pretty healthy to me. =]
I would think if you have the right nutrition, you would be fine. Our bodies are amazing machines! But they do need to be fed right in order to keep them from breaking down…
Whether or not you push your body to the limit really comes down to how hard your workout is.
Muscles becoming soft ? I’m not sure about that. If you do too much workout, and don’t eat enough, then your muscles won’t be able to get bigger, and might even shrink, but they won’t get “softer”.
