Workout routines to become a better basketball player?

I have a weight set, a ball court, and endurance. Anything will help, thank you.

I play highschool basketball, so I might be able to relate to you depending on what grade you’re in. But what I find very useful is using agility ladders. I just started using them, and I can feel a difference in my footwork, so now I can change directions, and do crossovers REALLY fast. Jumproping also helps (I’m going to start using those soon). Always work on your fundamentals (shooting, dribbling, passing, etc) Play in as man full court pickup games as you can to stay in shape and improve your decision making. A good way to maintain consistent shooting is to always warmup by shooting CLOSE to the basket. Helped me a lot. I hope my advise helped. good luck
