I just started a new workout routine and I want to tone my muscles. I read a book that suggest that I take “whey protein” to help add muscle. Is this a good idea or should I use another supplement/method to tone my muscles?
I’ve tried looking around to see which whey is the best but I have not clue what to look for when choosing.

I’ve just gotten back into working out, I have been doing it for almost a year now; my question is this, what is the best way to get a six-pack and tone the body as well?
