The entire workout video was too long to post up in a single clip so I had to break it down into 2 parts. The second part here is my workout; I did cable crossovers for the chest, face pull rows for the back, cable side lateral raises for the delts, low pulley cable bicep curls, reverse grip tricep push downs, and finished up with some overhead leg raises for the abs.
