when and what is the best food to eat after a workout at the gym?

i workout 4 to 5 times a week but am always in a dilemma as what to eat after. i dont want to put on weight so its got to be something nutritional and balanced. i try not to eat carbs at nite which is difficult as i am really hungry after doing my weights and cardio routine

Is it possible to get flat six pack abs after having 4 children?

At 44, 4′11″ , 108lbs – I work out every day with weights and aerobics but my tummy is stretch marked and even though I have some definition I am wondering if it is even possible to get completely flat and have “six pack” abs?

Im 16, i want muscle, does creatine really work if i take it on a steady basis after workout routines?????????

I no its not the best thing to use. But dont tell me that. Just tell me the truth about it and tell me if it will work goo.

Could anyone suggest some good workout routines for before work and after?

I don’t have a Gym membership right now, So anything around the block or at the park or at home will really help, I want to hear from people that actually do these routines and have noticed some changes, Thank you much!

Is this workout routine okay? Cause I don’t seem to get that much bigger after a year?

I work out about 3 days a week. Every time I go I start off like this
Running for 2 miles about 15 minutes
Machine chest workout
Back workout
Shoulders/Triceps, incline
Biceps
Abs

Is there anything wrong with my workout? I do these 3 days a week and i try to change the mode of the workout after like a month, so instead of benching, i use machines for chest and switch after a month

Is this workout routine good? Cause I don’t seem to get any bigger after a year?
