Which is better.. gym..workout DVDs.. or both?

I go to the gym every other day to work out..
but I feel like I’m seeing no results..

although, when I suck in somehow I have a 2 pack lol :P

I want to lose fat though, not bulk up..

any work out routines for results?

I’m looking for the best possible workout routine to build both power and increase muscle growth/tone? ?

I know its a tough question but i want to increase both my muscle size/tone and build a lot of power, could you include what supplements to take as well is possible! I can work out 3-4 days a week

Im 18, male, 5 foot 10, 80kg (12.5 stone) and roughly 20% body fat
