Can I lose weight on my Cheer workout routine?

If I do this every day for a year how weight will I lose?
Sit ups-50
lift weights 5 pounds -20
jog 45 min.
Streaching- 30 min
walking to and from school
squat-15
jump rope-15 min.
push ups-25
practice cheers 1 hour
and tumbling 2 hours- 2 times a week.
13 minutes ago – 4 days left to answer.

I need to lose 20-30 pounds.
Can I do it on that?

what is a good workout routine for some1 who wants to become a cheer leader in 1 year and lose a ton of weight

im tryin out for cheerleading and need a routine that will get me into shape b4 next august and b flexible enough 4 cheer also if any 1 has tryout tips they would b appreciated
