Well, I recently had a gym membership, but I’ve been short on cash lately so I had to give that up. So, I need to know of a good workout routine that I can do once or twice a day to shed some extra weight. I have no exercise equipment or anything, no weights and such, so any help is greatly appreciated. Also, I’m a male, so that might help.
Also, I’m not looking for a diet, only an exercise routine.

I’ve never worked out before, so I need really simple and easy to do instructions. I have a really difficult time loosing weight because I have a thyroid problem, but I’m not going to let that stop me from trying.

I’m a 15 year old male. I’ve been working out for around 11 months now on the bowflex and I mix up my workouts so my body doesn’t get used to it.

I read in Men’s Fitness that doing too much can overwork and lead to smaller muscles and less strength.

An axample of my workout would be:
3 exercises for biceps. My first exercise is set at 65 lbs on each arm. I lift each arm independentally until failure. I then do some laying bicep curls until failure, which is only around 3-6 reps. And a final sitting bicep curl(s) with around 2-3 reps.

Then I take a 5 minute break/work on abs. I repeat the whole process again.

I am currently doing 3 SETS of the execises stated above. Is that overworking? Is it not enough? If not, what can I do to fix it?

This summer, I plan on increasing my sets to 4 and then 5, along with increasing my weight, because I’ll have more time away from school this summer.

Workout routine good?

Right now i start each morning off with a breakfest sandwich with toasted bread, sunnyside up egg, and ham on it.Is that a good breakfest for energy?

Also My current workout routine is :
Tricep pulldown
bicep curls( machine)
dumbell curls (free weights)
Chest press machine or benching
Leg press
Calve raises
Leg curls
ab crunch machine
Usually run about a half mile to a mile each time at gym.

Is this gonna be effective if i stick to it?

Can someone please set up a workout program for me to help me lose around 10-15 pounds of fat and gain muscle. I am currently 16 years old, weigh 175 pounds and am 5′11″. I posess some man boobs and a little double chin as well as handlebars! Shit! Anyways, can someone please give me a workout (for the house as I have no car and there is no gym near!) that will give me good results. I assume cardio at the beginning would be the best followed with a mix-in of strength training. Please HELP!
To add, I have already started eating better, ie. no more chips and snacks, no more soda (even diet), and I’ve tried to eat more salad and fruits along with drinking more water.

What is a good daily workout routine for someone looking to get in shape for boxing and also lose weight?

I’m looking to start taking boxing classes and possibly compete once I’ve gotten accustomed to the sport. The thing is, I’m really out of shape and also overweight. I need a good workout routine that I can do from home (no gym required, though I do have weightlifting equipment). Looking for something to build strength, stamina, endurance and whatnot and also just lose weight.

I have been inactive for quite some time now so it can’t be anything too advanced. Looking for the routine to last about 45-60 minutes daily!

I’m not chubby or anything, I’ve already lost 18lbs in the past 2 months doing cardio workouts. I weight 155 and my height is 5′9, i’m 19 yrs old.

I just got a membership to a gym and I am a little uncertain what to do in order to achieve my results. I play a very high level of hockey and soccer so I am looking to improve strength and size.

Does anyone have a workout program I could follow. I am looking for specific exercises, number of sets and reps. Please assume that my gym has the machines you need.
