Any ideas for an upper body workout schedule on a Total Gym?

So, we have a Total Gym in the garage that’s basically gathering up dust. I am going to be making room for it in a spare bedroom.

I would like some help setting up a routine where I can alternate different upper body muscle groups each day, but still be able to hit all the groups every week.

I have a job with regular business hours during the weekdays, so I may have to structure this in the evening time.

Gym workout regimen ideas?!?

OK, I’m starting to go to the gym regularly again and need some good workout routine ideas.

My main priority is to lose some flab, and tone up (especially my butt and legs.)

Anyone have any good routines I could follow? Like, what machine, how long, how many reps, time on the treadmill, blah blah blah.

Also, how can I use the elliptical machine to work my tush?

I want to make time to workout when I’m at home. I’m a full-time college student and work part time, and along with school work I have very little time to make it to the gym before it closes.

What are some home work out tips? I’m trying to lose weight and get into a routine. Any good dvds out there for women? I’m interested in anything that will get me moving and help tone my body.

I am wanting to lose some weight and tone up, any ideas for a good daily workout routine?

I am 5′5″ and range between 140 and 150 lbs. (which is obviously more than Id like to weigh) I have time to work out daily and just don’t know where to start. I want to get rid of fat on my sides, stomach and thighs. And tone up in general.

I’m getting bored with my workout routine. Any ideas to shake it up?
