Do step-ups or a platform circuit to increase vertical leaping abilities with help from a fitness trainer in this free video on exercises and working out.

I know its a tough question but i want to increase both my muscle size/tone and build a lot of power, could you include what supplements to take as well is possible! I can work out 3-4 days a week

Im 18, male, 5 foot 10, 80kg (12.5 stone) and roughly 20% body fat

well i am 15 and overweight.i am about 190 but i don’t look it.the reason i don’t look it is because i have more muscle then fat.well i was overweight for 5 years now and i thought to myself,(man i really need to get in shape before i get to the point where i can’t do anything about it)so i started doing weight lifting and this home exercise ab workout machine.i lost a little weight and now i have more muscle then fat.now i wanna join boxing!!!!!ever since i joined boxing which was about 2 weeks ago i had low stamina.how do i gain my stamina.yesterday i had to run over 1 miles around the park but i couldn’t run much so i walked mostly through out all of it.all i wanna know is how?how do i gain stamina?am i suppose to eat healthier?i don’t wanna run to increase my stamina.i wan’t something easier.

do morning workouts increase you weight lose?

I am a very busy man i wake up at six and go to school from eight to one o clock and i go straight to work from their until 5 not to mention the 30 to 60 min drive home and once i get home have dinner i finally workout so do i really need a morning workout

Wouldn’t being about 10 pounds over the “fashionable men’s weight” increase life expectancy, in general?

As I go through my 30’s, I am finding, that even with a weekly routine of running 3-4 tines a week, I still have about 10 pounds over my weight, when I was in m 20’s. Which is sort of how it goes, and I think that I would have to make some serious changes to burn off all my “excessive” body fat.

But realistically, wouldn’t this decrease my life expectancy. In the worst case scenario, Michael jackson, who just died at 50. Which got me to thinking about this all. If you diet into your 50’s, he was an extreme case, and most likely had an eating disorder. But I am finding that some of my choices, have left rationale, as well. Not that extreme, mind you.

But wouldn’t having an underwear model type body, actually shave years off your life. I mean you essentially have to trick your body, to go into overdrive, pretty much doing possible heart damage. When you think of the consequences, you maybe skinny, but you will be dead.
I am referring to high protein diet, uber restricted carbs, and then upping the cardio to the max, that sort of lifestyle. I also hear about random people dropping dead, being super fitness nuts. Not just the celebrities.
