Need good websites for simple workout routines that can help me get in shape & lose weight?

I’ve never worked out before, so I need really simple and easy to do instructions. I have a really difficult time loosing weight because I have a thyroid problem, but I’m not going to let that stop me from trying.

I’m looking for help developing a workout routine and diet in which I WON’T lose weight. Targeting midsection.?

I have a smaller build and do NOT want to lose weight. However, I have a very large stomach (the only place I gain weight) that I want to work on reducing, as well as gaining some definition throughout my body. I don’t want to do too much cardio because I feel I will lose weight. Is there a way to target my stomach and gain definition without doing cardio, or is it necessary to do cardio, but load up on foods (proteins) that will keep my weight up?

How can I start a daily jogging routine and lose weight?

I don’t really like doing workout videos bcuz some are too easy, and some are too confusing. So i decided that i should start jogging. What part of your body does joggiong work out? And how can i become a good runner? my mile was 8 minutes and 20 seconds. is that good for a 13 year old who is out of shape? (5′3,129 pounds.) I just want to be able to get my speed a little bit faster and i want to lose weight.

Is this enough of a workout to lose weight?

I am 29, 5′3, and weight 140. I want to get back down below 120. My diet is great, but I was really irresponsible while I was pregnant and gained a lot of weight (baby is now 18m). I have a workout routine I have been on for about a week now with a friend, and was wondering if this would be enough exercise to lose the weight, and about how long until I should see some results. And if it is not, please tell me what I’ll need to do as well. I only have an hour each day at the gym, since I bring the baby and that’s all I’m allowed to leave her for. Thanks so much!
1 mile on the eliptical, 1.5 mile on the treadmill (3-3.5mph 1.5 incline) and 2 miles on the bike.
I actually think I’ve lost a little weight already, but don’t want to weigh myself again until I have been doing this for a month.

To lose weight and maintain muscle should this be my workout routine?

monday/ 5 min warmup cardio then abs, then 15 min intense cardio

tuesday/ 5 min warmup cardio then chest and shoulders then 15 min intense cardio

wednesday/ 5 min warmup cardio then back and legs then 15 min intense cardio

thursday/ 5 min warmup cardio then abs then 15 min intense cardio

friday/ 5 min warmup cardio then biceps and triceps then 15 min intense cardio

is this a good workout routine to tone my body and maintain muscle?
I DONT want to lose muscle but i want to lose a little bit of stomach fat in my lower stomach (covering abs)
should i change something?

i lost weight in 2003 by running too much, using trimspa and eating nothing but rice. i had no idea how unhealthy it was and so i gained all the weight back. i’m 24 now, weigh about 230lbs and i’m 5′8. i want to lose 70lbs within a year.

what i need is a daily step by step “program” to follow. i don’t have the extra money for a gym, but i do have a treadmill. i have read all sorts of regiments, but i need a little more specific and stronger routine to follow. like, exactly what to eat and when for the whole week and exactly when and how often to workout…. before or after breakfast for example??? stuff like that! my only dietary restriction is i don’t eat meat, except i will eat salmon on occasion.

i don’t work so my day is open for anything. my husband and i get up at 9am daily and do 10 minutes of light yoga in the morning, but clearly i need more exercise than that! if i have a schedule i will keep it to a tee, so that’s why i need your help!!!

What is a good daily workout routine for someone looking to get in shape for boxing and also lose weight?

I’m looking to start taking boxing classes and possibly compete once I’ve gotten accustomed to the sport. The thing is, I’m really out of shape and also overweight. I need a good workout routine that I can do from home (no gym required, though I do have weightlifting equipment). Looking for something to build strength, stamina, endurance and whatnot and also just lose weight.

I have been inactive for quite some time now so it can’t be anything too advanced. Looking for the routine to last about 45-60 minutes daily!

Does anyone have a good workout routine to lose some weight. I can not go to a gym becasue i go to work and then have a baby at home so I would need to workout before work and after she goes to bed wanting to workout twice a day. Please dont say running and walking I used to everyday and i would like a mix of exercises so it doesnt get boring thanks in advance.
