losing the weight . now i want to hit the gym. workout routines? help?
March 16th, 2010ok 8 months ago i weighed 225. now im down to 171. my job is very labor intensive. i work for a lawn care company. i walk at a fast pace all day dragging a heavy hose while spraying . i sweat like crazy i know i have got to be burning some calories.i eat in the mornings and in the afternoon. is this bad or is it ok. i want to buff up. im slowly losing the fat. averaging bout 2-3 pounds a week. so if i worked out in the afternoon when i got off work i think it would have crazy result. im not trying to brag at all but plenty of girl think im very good looking which is great but im not happy with my body.i want to be happy with myself. im not as buff as i would like to be. im seriously twice as strong in my right arm as my left is there something i should do about this? should i work it out more until it catches up with the other? or should i just work it the same and it will adapt? i know theres like 10 questions here but i know theres some hardcore people here that workout like crazy. i want your bodies. i want the buffness. please help. i need some pointes and a weekly workout routine.and maybe a food plan to help me eat alil better. heres my myspace page so you can see i guess what your working with here.thanks guys you all are really good people for helping everyone out. i love this site ! you guys rock http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=26744235
what is the best breakfast for losing weight?
February 10th, 2010im trying to lose as much weight as i can before june 1st. my goal is 30lbs and i think i can do it. so far ive cut out all drinks, alcohol and non, and only drink water. except milk that’s in my cereal and its skim, i eat Fiber One with nut clusters, and it tastes to good to be healthy!. i only eat 1 serving size, i weigh it on a scale, or measure accordingly. i cut out cheese. i will only eat one serving of wheat bread per day with turkey and mustard. dinner will be a grilled chicken breast and veggies, with proper portion sizes. i eat one Multi vitamin a day after bfast and work out doing push ups and stomach exercises every Morning and night (its like a 10 minute routine). regular routine workouts at the gym 3 days a week and i started cycling and will do my best to get as far as i can, its tuff!! im gonna try and cycle 3 times a week as well! Is this a good plan to fallow? any info appreciated! thanks…
how come I stopped losing weight? i havent change my diet and workout?
February 9th, 2010I’ve been into kickboxing and biking as a workout to lose some weight and I find it effective, following with a sensible diet for weightloss. but the last 10 lbs is so hard to get rid. I didn’t change my diet or my workout routine. what should I do? should I lower my daily calorie more and do workout more? will that slower my metabolism if I lower my daily calorie more?
