Ok im 12 almost 13 and people call me fat so i want to loose wait and fast! I need to do so without going to a gym. Will any one tell me some workout routines or some Technics?

Need some good at-home-workout-routines for a teen?
May 24th, 2010I’m 15 years old, I’ve almost been working out for 3 weeks now. My routine has fluctuated a lot for experimental purposes, but right now I do hammer curls, curls, some exercises my dad taught me but I don’t know the names (one you hold a dumbbell behind your back and lift and the other you hold a dumbbell horizontally and then bring it inwards and then out) then I hold two dumbbells together to lift weights. After that I do 20 military style push-ups and then 10 dive bomb push-ups. After that I do 25 sit-ups and 20 (don’t know the name but you put one leg over your other and put your opposite hand behind your head and do like a crunch sort of) per side. I’m going to start doing legs but after one night of running and then using weights doing squats and lunges my legs were sore beyond belief and on top of that I have to do leg exercises and run the mile in gym. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys could show me some good workout techniques that I can do at home, but keep in mind I only have two 15 weights and two 25’s which I’m not ready for yet. I don’t weigh much and when I started I probably had near no muscle at all. Thanks.
1) I don’t have a problem working out, I need more techniques that I can use to mix it up and make my workouts a little more interesting.
2) I’m working out to build muscle, weight is my very last problem in the world as I’m 15 and I burn more fat the more I eat.
Thanks I don’t think I can handle a new kind of push-up but jacks sound fun 8-). Good website too.

May 21st, 2010I am 21 and weigh 120 lbs. I need a workout that will advise me day- by- day what I can do when I’m at the gym. I usually just end up doing cardio when I’m there because I don’t know how to lift weight or use dumbells with the proper forms or methods I see other people doing. I’m looking for easy directions or even pictures about how to preform the exercises and preferebly a workout routine that I can use. I need a workout schedule that incorporates dumbells and even machines that will be assigned each day and a schedule telling me when to preform each specific exercise. Please Help!!!! i have an injury and gaining weight, need workout routines for a broken leg?
May 15th, 2010I recently injured my knee, in the past month, and i have been under house arrest for the whole time, and I still have a month to go. Would anyone be able to recommend a workout routine that will help me maintain my body, and possibly shed the extra couple of pounds that i gained, remember I can’t use my right knee, meaning, I cant bend my knee nor can I apply any extra pressure on it, my chest and stomach are getting weaker and starting to come out, so I will take any advice you can give. I already push ups and crunches in the morning, but I have become a couch potato, and my eating habits have not changed from before the injury.
