I’m 15 years old, I’ve almost been working out for 3 weeks now. My routine has fluctuated a lot for experimental purposes, but right now I do hammer curls, curls, some exercises my dad taught me but I don’t know the names (one you hold a dumbbell behind your back and lift and the other you hold a dumbbell horizontally and then bring it inwards and then out) then I hold two dumbbells together to lift weights. After that I do 20 military style push-ups and then 10 dive bomb push-ups. After that I do 25 sit-ups and 20 (don’t know the name but you put one leg over your other and put your opposite hand behind your head and do like a crunch sort of) per side. I’m going to start doing legs but after one night of running and then using weights doing squats and lunges my legs were sore beyond belief and on top of that I have to do leg exercises and run the mile in gym. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys could show me some good workout techniques that I can do at home, but keep in mind I only have two 15 weights and two 25’s which I’m not ready for yet. I don’t weigh much and when I started I probably had near no muscle at all. Thanks.
1) I don’t have a problem working out, I need more techniques that I can use to mix it up and make my workouts a little more interesting.
2) I’m working out to build muscle, weight is my very last problem in the world as I’m 15 and I burn more fat the more I eat.
Thanks I don’t think I can handle a new kind of push-up but jacks sound fun 8-). Good website too.

what are some good workout routines if i only have a bench, barbells, dumbbells, and weights?

i only have 2 routines because i cant think of any more.. it is #1-bench 3×10, curl 3×10 barbell raises(from hips to chest) 3×10 barbell raises(shoulders all the way up then back down) #2 bench, curl, dumbell raises from shoulder up then back down 2×25, and shoulder shrugs 3×10 please somebody help me because i cant think of any thing else to do and i am too poor to go to a gym ..i know sooner or later i will hit a stage where i cant lift as much so plz tell me more exercises

Some good Workout Routines for a guy trying to bulk up?

Got a Gym membership today — Working out with a co-worker.
I’ve never worked out before, I’m 25. It was pretty sad. heh.. I benched 95 lbs for 10, 8, 6, .. my muscles pretty much failed on the last rep.

Anyway, I don’t want to go to the gym without a plan, I would like to know where I could find some routines. I’m 6′0 and about 165 lbs. My buddy has been working out for like 15 years, so I’m sure he’ll show me correct form.
