What is good real workout routine to tone abs and thighs?
May 30th, 2010ok well i’m not a very big person, i’m not fat, just unfit. I’m small and petite but i’ve been gaining some unsightly weight on my stomach and thighs [freshman 15 haha] and I was hoping to find some real workout routines that I can start on from experienced people. I dont want to get buff, just toned.
What’s the best workout for toning my inner thighs?

Best workout routine for thighs and abs?
February 7th, 2010I’m a 4′10″ female, 120lbs with an athletic build that seems to ONLY gain weight in the thigh and lately in the lower ab area. I’m too flabby to get into a bikini this summer.
Can anyone suggest a routine that I can do with limited equipment? We do have a bench here at home and a swiss ball.

Fat thighs and buttocks (men)?
January 29th, 2010Hi my name is John, im 16- 3 months away from 17 and im very active and workout almost everyday. i have had fat upper thighs and fat buttocks for 3 or 4 years now. im not sure why… i have a slim upper body good shoulders biceps and developing 6 pack but my lower body is bigger and all fat. im talking about buttocks, upper thighs, inner thighs, and some fat on the inner calves,=. its not intensely fat but it is noticeable. i take a Weight lifting class at school and i exercise at home and other gyms, i used to do alot of squats etc, but stopped thinking that it would make my legs bigger. i dont really see anyone with a problem like mine. my hips are bigger than my waist and not just the normal amount alot more than it should be. i thought only girls had this issue but apparently not, i want to do anything possible to get regular thighs, i have tried running and alot of cardio for a week or less i didn’t seem to do much so i stopped. if any of you guys have this problem or had please give me some advice on what i should do about this..
what gym exercise is good for slimming down thighs for men?
