June 5th, 2010Im pretty skinny and i would like to add some mass and increase my explosive power and strength. Im not trying to be a bodybuilder so i dont think i should be doing split routines? Can somebody give me some advice and possibly a sample workout routine?
Girls, what’s your usual workout? How often do you go to the gym?
May 31st, 2010I usually go to the gym everyday, and run a mile, bike for 20 minutes, and do weights for 15 minutes. Then I do situps and pushups, and run some more.
What are your workouts? And what do you do, and for how long? I’m looking to spice up my routine

whats the best way too get six pack abs?
May 15th, 2010ok so im 16 years old and i am pretty athletic built but i am skinny too but noticably muscular. i have a problem getting six pack results though. i’ve been working out at the gym doing tons of ab excerises on the machines but all i am noticing is my abs are getting harder but there not very visible when i take my shirt off unless i force it. Please give me tips. PLEASE HELP.

May 9th, 2010So I am overweight but have been going to the gym everyday for about 2 weeks now. This is my exercise routine 40 min on eliptical, 5 min on stair master and strength training on arms, legs and obdominal muscles.
So should I change this?? Im not sure if I have lost any weight yet but I do feel toner. And also I dont like running I find it difficult to breathe.
