Every exercise has its own important things which you have to know in order to achieve excellent results.

As a woman, what’s the best way to lose weight quickly and efficiently and lose extra fat, esp. in midsection?

I am a 21 year old female, 5′8″, 160lbs. I am interested in losing around 30 pounds and, specifically, working off excess fat in my belly area. I do appropriate cardio workouts approximately 4 times per week for around 40 minutes per session, with 10 minutes of warming up and cooling down. I also try to stretch and do crunches at home to supplement these workouts, especially on any days I take off from doing cardio. I also follow a generally healthy diet.

I’m pretty confident that my current routine is healthy, but are there any improvements to my work out or general suggestions anyone could reccomend to help me reach my goal weight quickly and to target this problem area at the same time?

Anything you can offer would be great. Thanks!

I started running on the treadmill 4 days a week I weighed 135 and now weigh 129.I need to know what kind of weight routine can I do to add muscle,How much weight to lift and how many reps I want to add muscle.I workout at home not the gym so only have free weights and a weight bench.Thank so much..

Okay, i’m 20 years old and im 5′8 138lbs.. i’ve been going to the gym religiously since about january and i’ve noticed some muscle mass building but not a lot. I’ve not really been dieting persay, just watching what I eat. I need some advice like a diet plan or suggestions on what to eat so that I can buld muscle.People always suggest a high protein diet, but I dont want to gain weight and i feel like eating a high protein diet will make me gain weight and not lose some of my fat. I dont want to be a body builder or anything, but I would like my abs and arms to be muscular. Also if you have some suggestions for my workout routine that would be awesome!

I am on a 1,200 calorie diet. I am in my late twenties. I know I should burn more calories than I consume, but how much on average would someone on a 2,000 calorie diet consume without exercise routine?

I am a 18 yo male, I work out 6 days per week. 1 hour jogging, 30 minutes swimming, a set of push-ups,set-ups, pull-ups and weight lifting.
My problem is that I want to help my mother to lose weight . But I don’t know any routine that can help her and I really don’t think my routine is suitable for her. So does anyone knows any routine that can help her?

Note: She has heart problems she must not get very tired, she’s 110 Kg (242 pounds), and she’s 162 cm tall (5.4 feet). She cannot do any push-ups because she gets dizzy when she bends.
She’s Very depressed because of her shape and I really want to help her.. (Sorry for my English.)

Hi!
I’m looking for a good home workout routine for a 27 year old woman. I don’t mind working out daily. I actually love to work out. I just need a routine that will give me some results without the gym or equipment. More or less a list of things to do during my workout. Can’t afford to go to the gym anymore and my tummy is showing it. Any ideas????? Thank you!!!

The woman has no injuries of any kind but she is inexperienced in exercising. Due to her age, she might have to start off very slow. especially because she has never exercised before. What’s a good routine she should follow and about how long do you think it would take her to lose the 50 pounds?
