March 31st, 2010I’m 17, 5′2” and 132 pounds. I’m a very hard worker and actually quite strong. If I were to work out 6 days a week for an hour and a half (30-40 minutes of cardio & an hour of abs and either arms or legs weight lifting) how long would it take me to get completely toned and have six pack abs?

I’ve started to get rather fat due to my lack of cardiovascular activity. I need to find cardio that I can do that doesn’t involve swimming, as a pool is not easily available to me. Thanks in advance.

February 9th, 2010Can someone please set up a workout program for me to help me lose around 10-15 pounds of fat and gain muscle. I am currently 16 years old, weigh 175 pounds and am 5′11″. I posess some man boobs and a little double chin as well as handlebars! Shit! Anyways, can someone please give me a workout (for the house as I have no car and there is no gym near!) that will give me good results. I assume cardio at the beginning would be the best followed with a mix-in of strength training. Please HELP!
To add, I have already started eating better, ie. no more chips and snacks, no more soda (even diet), and I’ve tried to eat more salad and fruits along with drinking more water.

February 9th, 2010Im starting to get serious about working out. I would like to know the most effective way to workout. Ive heard many different things like I should work bicepts and tricepts in the same session and then ive heard i should work chest and tricepts….whats the best and most effective workout routine in a 6 or 7 day period for someone who wants to build muscle?
